Serina – Thank you for posting, and for using the inspiration, but making the idea more your own. I have a question about the choice to use both different types of clay in the same set. You can use all sea mix and then when you sgraffito the work, it will look the same on the surface treatment. Maybe I am confused about your plan…Let’s chat.

Also, I think the shape you have drawn for the cup would be more easily achieved with a thrown piece, or pinched. Although, you can use a slab and then stretch it in the “belly” of the pot.
